MAY 12TH SUPPERCLUB RESERVATIONS
Nearly 5 years on from our first supper club with Tim Anderson we’re excited to welcome him back for another night of Japanese cooking alongside our own Fumio Tanga.
Tim is a chef, writer, and MasterChef champion. Born and raised in Wisconsin, he has spent more than two decades exploring Japanese food culture. He is the author of nine cookbooks, including the JapanEasy series, Hokkaido, the award-winning Tokyo Stories and Your Home Izakaya, the book he published just before his last FB visit.
For this latest dinner Tim has worked with Fumio creating a menu that reflects their mutual love and deep understanding of Japanese cuisine in all its forms.
Spaces are limited for this one and reservations are open now via our usual booking platform and will include a welcome cocktail served on arrival.

The menu will be either Meat & Fish OR Vegan. Unfortunately we won’t be able to accommodate any additional dietary requirements. Allergens available on request.
