Bite The Day with the Idjut Boys (DJs)
>>> TICKETS <<<
It’s Bite The Day time again so here we go with our late summer session hosted as always by the Idjut Boys!
Fresh from a summer of international gigs, Dan and Conrad return to Filly Brook for their cult day into (early) night party that see them behind the decks for six hours taking us through all corners of their musical inspirations.
This level of dance floor mayhem doesn’t come cheap and their dressing room rider demands are nothing short of mind bending so to keep them sweet it's advance tickets again for this one.
If we're delivered a late summer heatwave we’ll be straight into the garden for the first couple of hours then head indoors for the sweat box dance!
Sho Foo Doh on small plate duties until 17.30 so get in early for some izakaya dinner

Sircula Pre-Loved Market
Shop Sip Social, Sircula Returns!
It’s been a while and our last event feels like a lifetime ago. But we’re back…with some familiar faces and some exciting new sellers.
I’ve loved pulling this selection together. I started with colour reflecting the cosier seasonal shift, new textures, fabrics, tones. A little hint of what’s to come: expect late-summer bargains alongside transitional gems, a super cute vintage wool jacket, the essential rain mac, long oversized layers…
And of course, it’s Second Hand September, so come do your bit and join the movement.

We’ve invited Bill Brewster (Low Life) along to teach us a thing or two about rhythm, unity & musical appreciation. This is one night class you don’t want to miss.
Bill will be supported by classroom assistant Andy Taylor who will start things nice and easy at 3pm.
Maybe book in for some food with your crew and make a day of it as Fumio Tanga/ShoFooDoh will be running the plates until 5.30pm
Spread the word and join us at the best after-school club in E11.

Sounds of Slackness (DJs)
SOUNDS OF SLACKNESS
Brian Not Brian and Piers Harrison—aka Sounds of Slackness—return to the hallowed back room of Filly Brook for another Sunday session for the heads.
If you made it to the last one, you already know: this is one of London’s best-kept secrets. A perfectly shaped, dimly lit room with a square dancefloor, a proper bar, and a top-shelf sound system—it’s built for vibes.
Brian and Piers hardly need an introduction, but if you had to sum them up in three words? Scruffy, dubby, excitable. This time they've managed to convince one of the West Coast's tuffest underground characters to come and join them for the session. A man known throughout the LA and SF metro areas as a fearless acid house warrior, a warehouse preservationist of the highest order and and one of the elusive 40 Thieves, it’s none other than Travis 'TK' Disko.
Needless to say, this is a rare opportunity to hear these 3 fellas play all day long. It's not going to happen again in London any time soon. Our advice is thus: Strap in, come along, get down and enjoy yourselves!
3-9pm // Free
The Kernel x Neals Yard Dairy
The good folk at @thekernelbrewery are back pairing their beer with cheese this time shining a light on all things British.
The EAT THEM OR LOSE THEM initiative, spearheaded by @nealsyarddairy, aims to reinvigorate interest in British Territorial Cheeses.
Kernel’s new Running Porter is brewed to an 18th and 19th century recipe where ‘running’ beers were to be enjoyed fresh, in contrast to “keeping” beers that were aged.
We’ll be helping to launch the campaign on Wednesday next week when we’ll have a keg of the new beer on our taps and some free cheese to accompany your Porter purchase.
Bite The Day w/ Idjut Boys (DJs)
Bite The Day led by Idjuts is back in Filly Brook for what we’re billing as the biggest Summer Session E11 has ever seen.
If the weather is on our side then this one will be starting as a laidback garden party in the leafy outdoor terrace but you can be sure it will be ending as something more like a sweaty Dalston basement circa 1999.
Dan & Conrad kicking the Tannoys with great beer & wine to keep you going plus our man Fumio and his Sho Foo Doh izakaya plates will be back in the kitchen by then so get in early for some dinner.
